From you: name, email, phone number, shipping and billing addresses, order details, messages to us, marketing preferences, and reviews.
Payment information: handled by our payment providers. We do not store your full card number.
Automatically: device and browser details, IP address, pages viewed, referring pages, approximate location, and cookies and similar technologies.
From partners: payment, fraud-prevention, shipping, advertising, and analytics partners.

We do not intentionally collect sensitive information such as government ID numbers, health information, or precise location.

To process, ship, and support your orders, including arranging delivery with carriers and manufacturers.
To answer questions and provide customer service.
To prevent fraud and keep the Site secure.

4. How we share your information

Service providers: Shopify (our store platform), payment processors such as Shopify Payments, shipping and freight carriers, email and SMS providers, Judge.me (reviews), hCaptcha (spam prevention), and analytics and advertising partners such as Google and Simprosys.
Manufacturers and suppliers: when an item ships directly from a manufacturer, we share your name, delivery address, and contact details so they can deliver it.
Legal and safety: when required by law or to protect rights, property, or safety.
Business transfers: in a merger, sale, or transfer of our business.

We do not sell your personal information for money. Sharing data with advertising partners through cookies and pixels may count as "sharing" or "targeted advertising" under some state laws. See section 8.

5. Text messages and email

Email: unsubscribe using the link in any marketing email. We may still send order and service messages.
Texts: if you opt in, we use your number to send messages. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

6. Payment security

Payments are processed by Shopify Payments and our other payment providers. Payment details are encrypted, and the Site uses SSL. We limit internal access to personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

7. Cookies and tracking

We and our partners use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies for essential functions (cart and checkout), analytics, and advertising, including Google Ads and Merchant Center.

Opt out of many interest-based ads at optout.aboutads.info.
Where required, we respond to browser opt-out signals such as Global Privacy Control.

We do not respond to "Do Not Track" signals unless required by law.

8. Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live (including Colorado and California), you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information, receive a copy in a portable format, opt out of targeted advertising or the sale or sharing of personal information, and not be discriminated against for using these rights.

To make a request, email support@thehelixshop.com with "Privacy Request" in the subject, or call (720) 610-6524. We may need to verify your identity, and we will respond within 45 days or tell you if we need more time. You may use an authorized agent.

Appeals: if we decline a request, reply with "Appeal" in the subject line. If you are unsatisfied with the result, you may contact your state attorney general.

9. How long we keep information

We keep personal information as long as needed to provide our services, support orders and warranties, and meet legal, tax, accounting, and fraud-prevention requirements. We then delete or de-identify it.

10. Children

The Site is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

11. International visitors and third-party links

We are based in the United States, and your information will be processed here, where privacy laws may differ from those where you live. The Site may link to third-party websites, including manufacturers. We don't control their content or privacy practices.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time and will post the new version here with an updated date. Continued use of the Site means you accept the changes.
