Hello, would you be willing to reconsider your 2 star rating? It reflects as a rating of our store in general, and dragged our overall rating down to 4.5. Shopify conflates product reviews with store reviews, for some nonsensical reason. We have discontinued the sale of the Rento Kenno products. I would be happy to issue you a refund if you are willing to change your rating to one that reflects the quality of our store, not the Rento product. Thank you.

The bristles are VERY hard and sharp. This is not a brush you can use easily and comfortably - you need to be very careful
